I highly recommend Guillaume. He responded immediately when I first contacted him. He visited within a couple of days, arriving exactly on time, and dealt quickly and effectively with a hornets nest in our chimney. He also kindly removed a smaller nest that we had been able to spray ourselves.

Fantastic. 95% LESS wasps after Remi had visited, this year, than previous years. Incredibly responsive, helpful, on time and a good communicator. Speaks English as well as of course, French. Highly recommend and the product and treatment Remi applied was hugely effective and very reasonable cost wise. Also a super guy as well as professional which is great. I'm a property manager who had guests in one of the property's. A hornet's nest was noticed by the guests and could have ruined their vacation as it was located under their bedroom window. Due to the quick response of Allo Frelons (within hours of calling), the guests can relax and enjoy their time in Tarn et Garonne.
